Q1: Can I change some of the items in the menu?
A1: You are allowed to change items of similar price range (E.g.,
Sambal Prawn to Cereal Prawn, Braised Curry Chicken to Herbal Chicken).
A maximum of 2 items can be changed.
Q2: How do I decide on how many persons to order?
A2: We would advise you to order based on the expected headcount
attending the function or buffet, including children. You may however
count two children aged 8 and below equal one adult.
Q3: What is the portion of food you serve?
A3: We provide a 10% buffer of food on top of total no. of persons
confirmed for the function. It is useful to note that hot favourite
items, especially finger food tend to run out faster than others.
Q4: What does "4 hours duration" mean?
A4: This serves as a guideline suggesting that it is a duration
during which our food is at its best condition.
Q5. What should I indicate as the function time?
A5: Function time will be the time indicated in the invitation
to guests or the time guests are expected to begin their 1st
round of food. Our set up team will arrive about 45 mins prior
to function time to set up the buffet tables and allow enough
time for heating up the food.
Q6: Is your food Halal?
A6: No, we are not a Halal caterer.
Q7: Can I rent tables & chairs?
A7: Yes, the following are our rental items and their prices.

A8: You can place your order by:
- Phone,
- Faxing in your order form, or
- Booking online
Q9: How many days in advance do I have to place
my order?
A9: At least 3 working days, provided the date is still available.
Q10: What are your payment terms?
A10: You can pay us in cash or issue us a crossed cheque payable
to "Mei Hao 99 Catering" upon delivery of food. |
